Cancellation Policy

Cash, Check and Cards are all accepted forms of payment.

A credit card is required when booking either online or by calling. The credit card ensures your appointment. We do not charge the credit card, however, should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a 50% charge of the service total. A No Show will result in a 100% charge of service.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a "No Show". We may not have time to perform your treatment, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the treatment.

Refund Policy
No Refunds on Gift Certificates or Pre-Paid Services. Gift Certificates have no cash value. No discounts or Refunds will be issued after any treatment. Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. No refunds on opened product.
